Meet Alex
Alex Sarian is a CEO, bestselling author, and advisor known for leading complex institutional transformations. His work focuses on aligning governments, philanthropy, boards, and communities around complex institutional change.
He currently serves as President & CEO of Werklund Centre, where he is leading one of Canada's largest infrastructure and organizational transformation projects. Since 2020, he has helped secure more than $500 million in combined public and private investment while overseeing a major institutional repositioning and long-term growth strategy.
Prior to returning to Canada, he spent two decades in New York City, including senior leadership roles at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and international consulting work spanning fifteen countries.
